Privacy Policy: Who Processes Your Documents, and Your Rights

What we collect

Opening an account gives us your email address, a password stored only as a cryptographic hash, your date of birth, and the country you play from. Funding it adds payment details, which are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in full on our systems. Verification adds the identity and address documents you upload, and using the site adds technical information such as an IP address, a device type and a browser version.

We also record what you would expect a casino to record: deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonus claims, wagering progress and the outcome of each game round. These records exist because our licence requires them, because they are the evidence in any payment dispute, and because anti-money-laundering law obliges us to keep them. We do not collect information that serves none of those purposes.

Why we hold it

Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Withdrawing marketing consent does not close your account and does not affect the offers already credited to it. Players who self-exclude are removed from every marketing channel automatically, without needing to ask.

Who processes it

Personal data is shared only with parties who need it to deliver the service: our payment providers, the game studios whose titles run inside the lobby, our identity-verification partner, and the hosting and analytics infrastructure the site runs on. Each is bound by contract to process the data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Regulators and law enforcement receive data where a legal obligation requires it, most commonly under anti-money-laundering rules or a valid order. Where a transfer crosses borders, it is protected by the contractual safeguards our licence and applicable data-protection law demand. Payment card details are never stored in full on our own systems.

How long we keep it, and your rights

Account and transaction records are retained for the period our licence and anti-money-laundering law require after an account closes, which is measured in years rather than months. Verification documents are held for the same period and then deleted. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them, and analytics data is aggregated so that it no longer identifies anyone.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction of anything inaccurate, withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and ask for erasure where no legal obligation requires us to keep a record. Requests are made through the support channels inside your account and are answered within the period the applicable law sets. Where a request conflicts with a retention obligation, we will say so plainly and explain which rule applies.

Cookies keep you signed in, remember your language and currency, and measure which pages are read. Blocking them in the browser will not prevent you from reading this site, though a session cookie is required to stay signed in to an account. The homepage explains how the casino operates and which licence governs it.
